It wasn't long ago that actress Krysten Ritter rose to fame with her work in romantic comedies, on the series Breaking Bad, and recently on Gossip Girl. She's also been cast on the spin-off show, Valley Girls. But before she finds herself in the shoes of Carol Rhodes, she's been slated for a part in an upcoming film based on a best-seller by adult film star Jenna Jameson, titled How to Make Love to a Woman.

Directed by Scott Culver, the film is about a couple having problems communicating in their relationship. Krysten Ritter will be portraying the character Lauren, who isn't sure if the person she's with is "the one". Her boyfriend, young record producer Andy Conners (Josh Meyers), misinterprets her actions and goes on a quest to find out what it would take to satisfy her.
Soon, he finds himself asking for advice from everyone he meets - even Jenna Jameson herself. Andy and his best friend Layne meet some wild characters here and there, while Lauren weighs out her options regarding their romance. Because she isn't sure of how he feels about her, she decides to date an old flame (Ian Somerhalder) to see if sparks fly again.
Before she got into acting, Krysten Ritter was a model. She was discovered at a shopping mall at the age of 15, beginning her career in New York and Philadelphia. Later on, she pursued the performing arts by training with acting coach Marjorie Ballentine. This led to numerous film roles for the budding star, beginning in 2001.

The soon-to-be Valley Girls star started off with a bit part in Mona Lisa Smile before she acquired television roles. She was seen on Law & Order, One Life to Live and The Bedford Diaries. From 2005 to 2006, she played the mayor's daughter Gia Goodman on the second season of Veronica Mars. Her next endeavors were roles in Gilmore Girls and FOX's 'Til Death, before several films came her way. These include What Happens in Vegas, 27 Dresses and Confessions of a Shopaholic.
